INTRODUCTION
LoaferJama, in Hindi, means "clothes for the free spiritedâ€, which defines the studio and its essence of boho chic styling using natural fabrics. The studio, located in a village in the heart of India's capital, New Delhi, came into creation very recently in Feb 2016.
LoaferJama clothes are a mix of Indian and western silhouettes in natural fabrics like cotton, jute, malmal and khadi, in bold colours, weaves, and dyes. The fabric used, has been curated through travels and living across different states of India.
ABOUT SHOP OWNER
LoaferJama is a boho chic on-line lifestyle store selling trendy and comfortable clothes, stylish accessories, home furnishings, and art & collectibles. The label's products capture the essence of India's vibrant past, and its chaotic present.
LoaferJama is a sisterhood pact between three women from the highlands of Uttarakhand, India - whose current avatars encompass being a kindergarten teacher and army wife, for Jyoti a development specialist and mother to twin toddlers for Kiran, and a young aspiring social worker headed off for her masters and aspiring to work in the villages of India for Shivanyaa.
SHIPPING POLICY
Standard Shipping (usually within 6-8 business days, or specifically mentioned for various product lines), using reputed courier services only, please do not accept shipment if it appears
Our shipping partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our shipping partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
REFUND POLICY
Upon authorisation of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund. You could choose to get a full refund in the form of store credits or get a refund on your credit card or original method of payment.
We endeavour to process all refunds within 14 days.
ADDITIONAL POLICY
CANCELLATION
We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests within 48 hours of placing the order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders after this period, or once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be cancelled or refunded.
RETURNS
In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product with the Bar Code, within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, or is damaged for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.
