INTRODUCTION
We love art, we love people and we love when people love our art. When three friends with similar artistic bent and values get together, you can expect not just some beautiful but also meaningful work. This was exactly what transpired when Lakshmi Priya, Rashmi Naren and Nithin Chandran decided to collaborate to pursue sustainable projects that display a thing or two about recycling, while looking good enough to adorn homes. So what started as fun projects with their kids during lazy weekends eventually morphed into M-Artini, an initiative for the three friends to get together and make things that carry a message. In January 2016, it also became an art space of sorts for the trio, to work on projects around the city.

SHIPPING POLICY
We currently deliver across India to all metros and certain non-metro cities. We have tied up with a reliable logistics partner that ensures reliable delivery of non-perishable items across cities. We try our very best to ensure that there are no delays in shipments, but sometimes it's beyond our control. Shipping Time 1, Since most of the products are made to order, we will mention the time taken to create the product next to the product description. Usually it is 5-7 days. 2. The logistics partner gets a notification once the we your product ready for dispatch. They will then pick it up from us and deliver it to you between 5pm to 9pm on all days Monday to Friday. If you feel that the packaging of the product is tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept delivery of the product and contact us immediately over email, mentioning your order reference number and images. We shall ensure a replacement delivery.
REFUND POLICY
Replacement of the product or Refund of entire product amount to be credited into the customer's account, should there be: 1. Damaged product (upon submission of images of the damaged product) 2. Product not as per specification mentioned on the website (upon recovery of the product from the customer's end) Refund will be made within 5 working days of condition 1&2 being met.
ADDITIONAL POLICY
In case your shipment is delayed: In case there is a delay, please send us an email with your order number. In the unfortunate scenario that your shipment has been misplaced or lost enroute, we can either resend the order to you (if the same products are still in stock), or reimburse the amount completely to you.
