INTRODUCTION
MIAH Décor is my love child with the world of artisans. Wherever I have roamed and seen all the varied creations of these immensely talented craftsmen, I have always felt a strong urge for converting their art into the urban world’s expression. And that is how and why MIAH Décor was born on the 16th day of December 2016. We started with our exclusive range of hand painted lampshades and have since diversified into lamp mounts and other stoneware items like dinnerware. However, it squirms my insides every time I must call our offering as ‘products’ or ‘items’. That is because we truly believe that MIAH Décor only brings art and its various expressions to our customers’ living spaces. Our offerings are an outcome of working extensively with various accomplished artisans who specialise in traditional Indian styles as well as contemporary global artistic expressions. We are into the ‘Art of Aura’. Our artisans are our creators while we celebrate with our customers.

At MIAH Decor, we are committed to perfection.
Each of our products is an outcome of working extensively with designers with direct exposure to contemporary trends from global design centers, & made from high quality materials through a process compliant with international manufacturing norms.
That's why we back our products with a comprehensive Quality Assurance & Returns Policy to make the experience of each of our customers a pleasant one.
- All products pass through anywhere between 3 and 5 stages of quality inspection by our experts. Every detail is inspected to ensure that you receive a high-quality product.
- In the rarest of rare cases of a product reaching you with a defect, you need not worry. Simply contact our customer care team within 36 hours of receiving the product, return the product to us and obtain a refund/ credit or a replacement if available.
REFUND POLICY
Assurance Against Defective Products
We shall be happy to process a return or a refund for any defective products. In the rare event of any product being received with a defect, simply contact our customer support team for assistance, which shall initiate a replacement in case of stock availability, or a refund. In most cases, the defective product is picked up within 48 hours.
7 Day Return Policy
In case you are not satisfied with the product, you may return the product within 7 days for an exchange or return. To be eligible, the product must be returned along with its packaging and box contents in merchandisable condition. Upon receipt of the product, an exchange with a product of equivalent value shall be issued, or store credit provided after deducting the shipping costs.
Replacement products will be typically shipped within 4 working days of receiving the returned products. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days and will reflect back in your accoun
ADDITIONAL POLICY
QUICK REVERSE PICKUP IN 48 HOURS
In most cases, we will have the products picked up from your place within 48 hours of your call.
In case, Reverse Pickup is not available in your area, you may send us the products through any courier service. We will reimburse the shipping cost in the form of a voucher upon receipt of products. This voucher will be valid for 1 year and can be redeemed in your next purchase.
HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?
Ensure the items you would like to return meet our guidelines:
Step 1: Email us or call us to initiate a Reverse Pick-up.
Step 2: Put the items in its delivery box along with the original invoice.
Step 3: Seal the box ensuring that all sides are properly closed and keep it ready for our logistic partner to collect.
Step 4: Kindly email us the AWB or Reference number.
