INTRODUCTION
Miharu is a social enterprise which is working with a group of highly skilled craftsmen and artists to merge Indian sensibilities with contemporary aesthetics to produce exclusive range of brass jewellery. I am Parul Bajoria, a qualified designer and recipient of the FOSMI Outstanding Women Entrepreneur Award from hands of the Former President Late APJ Abdul Kalam. We use Indian handicraft skills, particularly those of Dhokra, a traditional art form that had its beginning in the Indus Valley Civilisation, dating back to 2000 B.C, to accommodate a unique and distinctive jewellery range that comes through combination of different mediums like brass, semi -precious stones, and other metals. Miharu’s aim is sustainable development of artisans and preservation of art by giving it access to modern contemporary market. We aim to spread craft stories to customers across the world and be the preferred and trusted partners of various artisans and also our customers.

Bengalcraftmart partners closely with artisan communities in developing home decor products. Each product is designed, conceptualized and created by us in house, thus translating traditional craft into something modern and relevant to the urban audience. We are a fusion of Social Organization and a Design studio MIHARU, where we ensure that the roots of all our products lay in traditional Indian Arts.
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be dispatched within 3-5 business days from the date of receipt of payment. All orders will be sent via standard but reputed shippers. Miharu Handicrafts cannot accept responsibility for items which may be delayed in transit due to postal service irregularities & this cannot be a reason.
REFUND POLICY
We really want you to be happy with your purchase, but for any reason, if you are not satisfied with your purchases (for reasons of damage/ defect / incorrect product being shipped erroneously) simply return them within 4 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund. In order to receive a refund or exchange within 14 days, the product must be returned unused, in original selling condition and in its original packaging with any tags and the original invoice. Please email us prior to returning an item, so that we know when to expect its arrival. If you fail to return the item within 4 days from delivery, the refund will not be processed. In the interests of hygiene we do not accept the returns of, or refunds on, pierced earrings or jewellery sets containing earrings unless the item are of unsatisfactory quality.
ADDITIONAL POLICY
Please note that since we deal in handicrafts which are hand crafted and not machine manufactured, no 2 pieces of articles will be or can be identical. Further, since these are handcrafted, there may be slight imperfections of the product. We urge you to understand and appreciate that these are not defects but inherent to the process of product creation as such & contribute to the uniqueness of the products. Actual colours may slightly vary compared to as visible on the website.
