Oorjaa is an exploration of light that reflects our love of material, craftsmanship and sustainable living. Crafted with care, every lamp is alive with the inimitable individuality of the handmade. We subtract the superfluous, in both our aesthetic and our methods, evolving designs that are easy on the eye and the environment.
ABOUT SHOP OWNER
As one of the first artisanal paper studios in the country, we have learnt our craft through a journey of discovery. Along the way, we have been joined by people who share our curiosity of material and passion to create not just lamps, but spaces that glow from within. From just two people and excited forays into papermaking, we have grown into a family of 35 artisans and 3 designers today, lighting up homes, hotels, art installations and more.
SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery and Shipping Policy: The products are typically dispatched within 3-4 weeks of order confirmation depending on your destination. Once the product is dispatched for delivery we will notify you of the same. To return your product, you should mail your product back to us along with a copy of the invoice.
REFUND POLICY
Returns and refund Policy: We work on a no return and refund policy for all items. Only exception being, if the product is received damaged and the same is brought to our notice within 48 hrs, along with supporting images of the damaged good. If 48 hrs have gone by since delivery, we can’t offer you a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in original packing as received along with a receipt or proof of purchase. A reverse pickup will be scheduled for the same. Exchanges We only exchange items if they are received defective or damaged and after immediate intimation (within 48hrs of delivery) on the receipt of the product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and a reverse pickup will be scheduled for the same.
