Panigha has been conceived out of our love for traditional Indian handicrafts. It is our small effort to support and promote Indian handicrafts.
We love traveling throughout the country in search for age old art forms.

SHIPPING POLICY
WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN INDIA. Products will be shipped only after full payment. The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses. Please allow 2-8 working days for your order to be delivered (after receiving payment). Orders received on Sunday or during Holidays can take a little longer to dispatch. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays. Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. Orders requiring any customisation will require additional time.
REFUND POLICY
100% refund will be given, if product is not available or we are not able to ship the products. For courier products, If the delivery address is out-side the service area, then order will have to be cancelled and 100% refund will be given. We do not allow exchanges or returns of goods once sold and delivered. In the rare event of the buyer receiving the item damaged, a replacement will be offered, subject to availability of stock. All such requests for return have to be placed within 24 hours from the date of delivery. No return requests after 24 hours from delivery will be processed.
ADDITIONAL POLICY
Store your jewellery in the zip lock packets & boxes provided. Please dry-clean the handmade dupatta & stoles. Refrain from using perfume,/water on the products. Handle the pieces with care . Hope you enjoy wearing it as we did creating it.
