SHIPPING POLICY
We will have the product shipped back and refund your money (EXCEPT THE SHIPPING CHARGES, IF YOU HAVE PAID ANY), we do not offer reverse shipping from all locations right now, we might have to ask you to ship it back to us, in which case, we'll pay you Rs 100 towards shipping. However there are always exceptions to the rule, so we will be pretty fair about this. Again, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our products can be a bit fragile so when returning please do pack it nicely, with love, so that it reaches us in one piece. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of usage before will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. We would require all original papers to be returned with the product and your money will be refunded within 5 working days.
REFUND POLICY
All our products are made with lots of love and are crafted to add a sprinkle of happiness to your life. But alas, in the off chance that you're unhappy with your product, then YOU NEED NOT WORRY!! We do offer cancellation within 48 hours of receiving the product. Just let us know by writing to us and we will definitely contact you within 1-2 business days. We may request for further information/photographs to assess your return request. The more information you give us the easier it'll be for us to understand your problem. Please do contact us within 48 hours of delivery of the product with a few images of the product purchased and the issue.
