INTRODUCTION
Raasleela, is a metaphor for playful and happy clothing. It was started for the modern woman, who is fun, experimental and confident. For the woman, who is rooted in her personal values and liberal in her thoughts. The label at its soul, if full of love for all things Desi . We try to do our part in promoting traditional crafts of India and work directly with printers and weavers, so they get fair wages. You will always find an Indian craft highlighting in all our clothing. Our design philosophy revolves around the idea of minimalism, clean cuts and relaxed silhouettes, in pure fabrics. We believe in all things handmade and handcrafted. We do limited pieces as they are not produced by machines, in bulk.
ABOUT SHOP OWNER
Raasleela was founded in 2015 by Sonali R. Agarwal, an alumni of Pearl Academy of Fashion, New Delhi.
From the designer-
†Raasleela was founded out of my love for Indian fabrics and my innate need to quirk it up. It was founded for my need to wear modern clothing in breathable fabrics and the huge lapse in Indian market of making such product. It was also founded to take the traditional Indian crafts and put it on the map.
I would love for all the women to get up, take notice of our rich heritage and wear it proudlyâ€
SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free shipping Pan India and we charge on actuals for International Shipping. Your order will be shipped within 5-7 working days after the payment is received. If however its a customized order, it may take longer. We will keep you informed if the order is getting delayed for any reason. We use safe and reliable courier services like Aramex, Blue Dart etc. For international orders, it may take up to 15 working days for you to receive the order
REFUND POLICY
Exchanges and Returns Policy As a company policy, we do not offer refund on any purchase. We will exchange the product only if - wrong size is sent - workmanship is poor - product is damaged Please write to us at within 3 days of receiving the order. Someone from our team will get back to you and help you with the process. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packing and with all the paperwork received with it. Items which show signs of wear and tear will not be eligible for returns. Raasleela reserves the right to check the product before processing any exchange or store credit.
ADDITIONAL POLICY
Disclaimer Please note- All our products mention that the original color of the garment and the color in picture may vary. Also, our products are to be dry-cleaned because sometimes natural fabrics lose color. We will not exchange any product if the color runs because of washing. We will not exchange any product if the color in the picture and original varies slightly, however if its a substantial difference, we will send you a new piece. We will not exchange any customized product. We will not exchange any discounted product. However, if for any reason you are not happy with the product- please write to us and we will do what we can to resolve any issue.
