“She” design to spice up, your hidden euphoric and nostalgic feelings (lost it’s energy due to our busy daily life) .Bhuterraja Artworks is dedicated, to support in the process of reviving Block Printing (reusing old wooden blocks and blocks made of recycled wood)and Medieval Era's Bengal  Khadi Jamdani Weaving (Crafts),so that the Wearers, Environment And Makers can enjoy Good Life (sustainable lifestyle).We try to avoid using harsh chemicals and toxic substances during the production process. Our wide range of artworks includes authentic * Exclusive, Eco-Friendly, Handloom Clothing and Accessories from the different parts of India. The exceptional designs are conceptualized and designed by Ambika Shaw, executed in association with TEAM DEAR (our designer- Ms.Ambika Shaw, skilled artisans and the underprivileged members of the crafts society.
SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping within 7 to 12 working days (excluding order placement day,weekly off,central or state holidays)within India.

REFUND POLICY

Return Policy - Our products are checked on six stringent quality parameters (Fine Check Stage I +Fabric+Texture+Colour+Wash Care+Fine Check Stage II ).Our products are not subject to return, refund or exchange, in order to maintain fairness to our weavers, artisans, craftsmen and operation team members. In the unlikely situation that your product arrives damaged, you should email us images of the damaged product with the Product Code within 24 hours of receiving your order along with bill or invoice. The product should then be couriered back to Bhuterraja Artworks within 7 working days of receipt of the same. Your garment must be in its original unused condition to be exchanged. The garment should also be sent back in the original packaging with the bills and tags intact.

ADDITIONAL POLICY

We do not have any exchange/return courier pick up facilities. No return/exchange, if the product is used. Bhuterraja Artworks do not allow cancellation of order/s. The customer is eligible to exchange the product as per our return/exchange/credit note policy. The buyer will be responsible for any applicable taxes, customs and duties (for both the returned shipment and the items we ship in exchange).
