Since we create single or limited pieces of each product, every customer gets a unique design from our collection. Initially we are in the process of growing and inspiring people to decorate their spaces into a beautiful home.

SHIPPING POLICY
Complete shipping information with the complete delivery address (postal address) must be given at the time of order placement. We will not be responsible for non-delivery of consignments on account of incomplete or incorrect addresses. Duty and port charges at destination are to be borne by the customer.
REFUND POLICY
Kindly reach out to us within 24 hours incase our creations appear to be damaged on delivery. If your product is defective or in poor condition, we will be happy to exchange it for you. Purchases/Orders in transit cannot be cancelled. We will not bear the shipping cost of either the returned product or for the replacement product. The replacement product may not be immediately available in our inventory. No return of merchandise will be accepted without prior written consent and shipping instructions from Renaissance Home Decor. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted by us.
