SHIPPING POLICY
The product price is inclusive of domestic (within India) shipping charges. That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by SurJ for redelivery shall be claimed from you. That the address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects. Ordered shall be received within 10-15 working days within India.. International shipping shall be charged as per actuals. That before placing an order you will check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description. Photographs are just for reference and the original shades might vary due to lighting effects.
REFUND POLICY
Our Simple 10-day Return Policy In case the product is damaged, you can simply return the product to us. We will refund entire amount plus return shipping charges. Refund of return shipping charges will be limited to Rs 100. Please note that the product should be unused and should be sent back along with original packing and invoice. Refund of money will happen the way payment was made. We will refund the money to your Net-Banking account. The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). This policy is only for customer in India and we won’t be able to provide exchange, returns or refunds to our international customer due to prohibitive shipping cost.
