Terracorda introduced itself in the fashion accessories market in August 2016, with a very unique and diverse range of tote bags and have now expanded their range to include a variety of stylish and contemporary bags. Terracorda is a project which started with an inspiration from Indian roots and aesthetics to create a niche in the market with its stylistically designed range of couture products blending Indian motifs and textures with contemporary and modern aesthetics. The designs and styles are inspired by free-spirit individual expression increasingly finding its space in modern lifestyle. We create limited edition styles, beautifully handcrafted by artisans in Delhi with decades of experience. Terracorda is a proud Peta Approved Vegan Brand, we stand firm against animal cruelty and our driving force is to create high-end couture products that can move people away from animal skin and leather purely though design and aesthetics. We are animal friendly and all our material is handpicked and man-made. Terracorda plans to grow as a vegan lifestyle brand where we will be introducing out of ordinary products in the future and exploring more innovative vegan material to work with.

Not many options in the segment that can add to the quirk of the Indian contemporary woman, in awesome “leatherlike†finish, exquisite craftsmanship and the perfect dash of quirk. With the increasing awareness to cruelty towards animals and the move towards non-animal based/ vegan products, Terracorda is proud to be a PeTA Approved Vegan Brand; we DO NOT work with animal skin/leather. Terracorda aims to provide best quality non – animal based leather alternative for its discerning buyers.

SHIPPING POLICY
We dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving the order. In case of Sunday, public holidays etc. the order will be dispatched the following day.
REFUND POLICY
As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order. To return or exchange a product or report a damage in transit, please get back to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, date of the transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. We will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours. Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.
