SHIPPING POLICY
Standard Shipping available via leading courier providers. We try to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, once payment is received, with the exception of Indian public holidays where it may take up to 96 hours. We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances. We are also unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
REFUND POLICY
Utmost care is taken in creating each and every piece. All our products are handcrafted, so each product is unique and could be slightly different from the others. However in case of any damage do ship it back to us within 3 days of receipt for an exchange. Customers are advised to send a picture of the received product in such cases.
