We ♥ our customers and we strive to process your orders as quickly as possible. Our order processing time is typically 1-2 business days (orders received Monday - Thursday). We insure packages at the request of the customer only; we will provide proof of shipment for each order, but if you would like to purchase insurance please let us know in advance via WorldArtCommunity**** Cancellation requests, address updates or change order requests must be made via email (conversations).
