SHIPPING POLICY
We understand how important it is to receive your purchased products in the best condition and so we only work with reputed courier service providers to deliver your products to you in the quickest time possible. Depending upon the location, the product will be delivered to you within 7-10 days of the order placement. We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, due to some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we will notify you of this immediately If the product is open, do not accept the order. We try our best to dispatch all products in one shipment for your convenience but sometimes in order to ensure the safety of the product, we may pack and dispatch the products separately
REFUND POLICY
Return Policy: Kindly bear in mind that all our products are handmade. This makes them susceptible to slight differences from one product to another. That said, our aim is to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase; should you have any additional questions regarding our returns policy, please feel free to reach out to us For products that can be exchanged, we adopt a 15-DAY FREE RETURN / EXCHANGE policy as long as the returned products are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags. Please ensure that the products to be returned/exchanged, are packed carefully For all self-shipped returns, we request you use a reliable courier service. The costs for the return are to be borne by the customer until the product received is defective or wrong.
ADDITIONAL POLICY
If you happen to receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order with pictures and we will take care of the rest.
