At The Potpourri Store, we bring the textile crafts of india in a unique way for you. We have accessories that showcase textile crafts like block printing, ikat weaving, patola weaving, handloom cotton etc. We wish to introduce these crafts in your day to day life by combining them with products like laptop bags, i-pad sleeves etc.
ABOUT SHOP OWNER
The Potpourri Store is Led by two designers – Tanvi and Soumya, each one having an experience in textile design, graduates from Pearl Academy and Nift have come together after a few years of experience to cater to the requirements that they both thought were necessary in the field of design. This necessity led to the making of this solution provider.
Tanvi Tyagi,An individual with an explorer’s nature,she likes to experiment and work with eclectic mix of styles.
A graduate of Pearl Academy,New Delhi in Textile Design,she has worked closely with craft artisans and explored craft based techniques.
Soumya Mishra,A thorough professional in the field of textiles/interiors, did her graduation in Textile Design from NIFT. Having worked with companies like Alok industries and Shades of India,She garnered the experience of working with top clients in furnishing and interiors.
She has a flair for developing designs for home and lifestyle products.Her design approach is minimalist yet effective design.
SHIPPING POLICY
Since you have shopped with us, shipping the product to you with utmost care is our priority. So, here at The Potpourri Store, we take all measures to make sure that the products are delivered to you in time mentioned and in best state. SO we have partnered only with reputed courier services.
All the products ordered by you will be delivered to you between Monday through Saturday: 10 am to 7 pm. Please exclude Sundays and other public holidays. Delivery time is subject to change depending on the factors that are beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
As soon as the package is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email for your package tracking information. For any other queries regarding the same you can email us.

REFUND POLICY
Return of products are acceptable by The Potpourri Store provided such return is for the products that are damaged during transit, defective, wrongly delivered, wrong product, incomplete package (only if it is mentioned on the website while you are buying as at times we might send multiple products at different times depending on the availability of products) etc. subject to the condition that The Potpourri Store is informed about such discrepancies within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the product and provided that the products are returned in their original condition.
The Potpourri store will charge restocking fee if you cancel any orders after the procurement is done.
Refund in certain cases will be in the form of store credits and not cash back depending on the nature of return. Please note that the refund process will start 48 hours after the cancellation is done and will take 7-10 working days to reflect in account(store credits or otherwise).
ADDITIONAL POLICY
We will be able to accept any order change or cancellation within two hours of placing the order. If the package is already out of our warehouse for shipping then we would not be able to cancel the order. You will have to request for a cancellation, against which the store credits will be given.
Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon The Potpourri Store’s shipment to the shipping carrier. Reverse shipment is available with us but it depends on the reason for the same. In case we cannot arrange reverse shipment due to unavailability of our logistics partners, then in that case we might request you to send such products through any available courier services. If you discover that the product packaging has been opened or is damaged, please do not accept the package and immediately notify through email. We will offer a full refund, or send a replacement product, depending on your preference and product availability.
