INTRODUCTION
Rooii – is not a name it is a weave of nature. It is the search for new in the old. Rooii is a story of sustainable and tradition of textile interwoven in craft, culture, art and utility. It is based on two ideologies – Handcrafted in India and handwoven by artisans of India. It has a number of stories to say about humanity, to create from craft, to visualize from art of India and to be responsible for cultural integrity of India. It is an ode to artisans of India who incarnate living crafts with humility, patience, and persistence. We have interwoven a range of products to meet daily essential requirements in form of – Mukh Kawach{Face Mask},hast kavach{hand gloves}, Kavach (laptop sleeve), Dawa pudiya {first aid kit}, kalam potli {pencil case}, theli {pouch}, khane ka thela {tiffen bag} and many more. Textile story used here is inspired by states of of India – jute, mal cotton, kalamkari, hand block print, ikkat. I am the Indian Women, I am the artisan of India, I am the hungry child of India, I am the daily wage earner, I am the colour of old cities, I am the nature, I am the human, I am India. -ROOII weaving together in ways unimagined.
ABOUT SHOP OWNER
Rooii has been started to promote sustainable and handwoven textile in order to support artisans.We create design through sustainability and utility. We have used jute,kalamkari cotton, mal cotton, handblock print, ikkat and indigo dyed fabrics in our stories and collection. We do masks(mukh kavach), laptop sleeves(kavach), first aid kits(dava pudiya), pencil cases(kalam potli and many more products.
SHIPPING POLICY
All products are shipped through reputed courier services only. Kindly refer to individual product page for shipping details.
REFUND POLICY
Refund allowed if goods are returned packed/unused within 7 days of the receipt of goods. Shipping charges for the return of goods to be paid by the buyer in case the received product is the correct product and in perfect condition.
ADDITIONAL POLICY
Goods once supplied can not be replaced/returned on issues of design, colour, size or fabric. However we will consider replacement on genuine issues.
