SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping of your order will happen within 3- 5 business days so that it reaches its destination within 7-10 business days. The transit time of 5 days is only an estimate and we are not liable for delays by our shipping partner. Currently, we ship to all major cities and towns in India. If the product gets damaged while shipping, we will replace the damaged product without any charge to you.
REFUND POLICY
All the portraits are made to orders. All sales are final. We do not offer any refund However in the unlikely case you are not happy with your order, you can send us a message. Upon reviewing an error made our end, we shall re-produce your order. Any defects must be notified to us within 72 hours from delivery. Please return 100% of a defective order within 5 business days before we agree to reproduce your order. Think Artly will gladly reimburse return shipment costs of authorized exchanges/returns.
