SHIPPING POLICY
While we try to ship each product at the earliest, in cases of unavailability of a particular plant, the dispatch may take up to a week.
REFUND POLICY
Returns: Since plants are fragile and costly to ship, no returns or refunds shall be made. However, we ensure that we pick healthy plants which are packed well to ensure that your piece reaches you undamaged. Damages: In the rare case that a plant has been received in a damaged condition, we will send you a replacement plant. Please write back to us within one week of receiving the plant along with images. Cancellation: In case you change your mind, please intimate us within 24 hours and we will cancel the order and refund the full amount.
ADDITIONAL POLICY
Since every plant is unique, and each planter is hand-made, there may be slight variation in shape, size, texture or color. In case you have any queries in future regarding your plants, or succulents in general, please reach out to us, and we would be happy to help.
