INTRODUCTION
HI! I am a corporate honcho turned creative entrepreneur! Worked for 12 years in sales before i realized that i was not following my dream! April 2015, I quit my job to follow my heart. I have no design background. But appreciate art and design.
I started out as a collector of sorts, constantly on the lookout for anything handmade that is both interesting and tasteful. In that way, I think I'm incredibly lucky to be in India, a country with amazing handicrafts around every corner, just waiting to be discovered.
And for me, I'm beginning to realise - it's handmade or nothing. The little imperfections and irregularities give handmade things so much more charm, with each piece almost telling a story involving the history and traditions of its place of origin, built into it with painstaking effort by its maker.
Sadly, I've seen artisans from rural and small-town India losing ground to cheaper, machine-made products that offer nothing beyond pure utility.
I realize that traditional handmade products might not be completely relevant today, which is why I try and give the things I collect a more contemporary and creative feel before offering them to interested buyers.
My first range is an effort to "Contemporize" steelware. I have a small workshop where I have one artist from rural India in my team. He brings my colors and concepts to life. Its exciting not only because through this I help the family of the artist to sustain his lively-hood. But I get to execute my concepts through the artists hands. I wish to increase my troop of artists from across India. I do this because I love creating beautiful products. And nothing is more satisfying than doing what you love while changing lives!

Sadly, I've seen artisans from rural and small-town India losing ground to cheaper, machine-made products that offer nothing beyond pure utility. I believe that, with the right international exposure, India's traditional artisans need not just get by, but can also preserve and nurture the ways of life passed down to them by their ancestors.
Even though lots of people and organizations are already doing great work in this field, I feel compelled to try and do my own bit. But I also realize that traditional handmade products might not be completely relevant today, which is why I try and give the things I collect a more contemporary and creative feel before offering them to interested buyers.
SHIPPING POLICY
For the handpainted steelware range - i will take 10-12 days to ship them if they are not ready in stock. That is the time period it takes to get them painted. If we have trouble sourcing a particular style of the product category we will communicate on the revised timelines.
The products will be wrapped nicely for a secure transit.
Please be aware of the Customs policy for your home country. Any Custom taxes or duties are the to be borne by the buyer.
All other products will be listed based on stock availability.
REFUND POLICY
Products listed on my store are handmade and therefore inherently would carry some imperfections. These cannot be used as a pretex for refund. We try and describe products as accurately as possible
If you are not 100% satisfied with the supplies, please do contact us and let us know the reason. If we are convinced on the reason for return you will be allowed to return the product within 3 business days.
The item must be returned in original and unused condition. I need to be informed through e-mail. Refunds will be processed exclusive of shipping charge.
Please use delivery confirmation/ tracking to return supplies. Items not received, without tracking will not be refunded.
If the item is damaged ( severely dented or broken) - The same needs to be reported back to us immediately. We assure to work with you to make sure that such unlikely incidents will be attended to most proactively and we will come to a joint resolution
ADDITIONAL POLICY
Products listed on my store are handmade and therefore inherently would carry some imperfections. these cannot be used as an excuse for refund. We try and describe products as accurately as possible
For custom colors we accept a minimum order quantity of 5 nos's in each style. (Additional charges for custom colors)
We do take wholesale orders for certain product categories. Please reach out to us through mail.
