INTRODUCTION
Warm Regards started in the year 2014, as an experiment. We wanted to witness the improved choices, people could make given the options. We saw artisans- mothers of our students (Warm Regards is started by a teacher) having a skill, which when used, could lead to financial empowerment. This financial empowerment would lead to better choices in health, education and living conditions. At the same time, we were concerned about what is available to consumers. Mass produced clothes that look the same, synthetic raw materials which have the potential to harm both- human beings as well as nature had to go. We believe that it is every person’s right to choose safe clothing for themselves and for the ones they love and we are committed to make that come true. Warm Regards’ is a testament to the fact, that when communities come together in support of each other, beautiful things are possible.

SHIPPING POLICY
We provide free shipping within India. International Shipping will be charged extra. All prices are inclusive of taxes. In case of international deliveries, the duties and taxes have to be borne by the customer. We will try our best to deliver the products to you within the time stipulated shipment times. However, in case there are delays, we will let you know. In case the delays are beyond our control (and we truly understand) we will have a refund
REFUND POLICY
Returns and Exchange: We accept returns 14 days from the date of receipt provided the tags and packaging are intact. We have taken care to display and describe the products as honestly as possible hence returns will be accepted only in the case the product is defective in some way.
ADDITIONAL POLICY
Please take care to wash the garment with utmost care. You could dry clean the clothes the first time and then hand wash them in cold water with as little detergent as possible. Our clothes are made of organic fabric and are dyed in natural colours. Hence, these require gentle care. (Liken it to taking care of a little baby, flower, bird or a soft animal- they all need to be tended to very carefully). We can grow only if you support us. (like a tree, that can feed only if it is fed). Stay in touch with us constantly for offers and updates. We operate on trust, mutual respect, joy, and partnership. We started Warm Regards out of an inherent and deep belief in justice- for the artisans, the consumer and Mother Earth. We are bound together by similarities and when we engage with anyone who purchases our products (or makes them) we keep that at the centre of what we do. In case we err, let us know how we can make up.
