We are an online store with prouducts having two things in common: Serenity of Zen & Love for Nature We are group of like minded people with diverse backgrounds: IIM, NIT, & NIFT. Through White Lotus, our attempt is to bring the same simplicity and liveliness to you in form of art. All our products are handcrafted or carefully selected to help you realize zen in your daily life. Be it your living room or bedroom or kitchen with White Lotus, we wish to transform your abode to places of meditation.
ABOUT SHOP OWNER
Nature lover and practicing Zen meditator. I run a small online shop: Whitelotusindia that offers an exclusive range of Zen Gardens, Hand made Bamboo/Wooden Planters, Bamboo Fountains and other Home Decor products
with two things in common: Love of Nature and Spirit of Zen.
All the primal mate rials like bamboo, wood, stones, embellishments etc., are sourced locally from authentic vendors. The process of each product differs from design to design. For instance, for creating a bamboo fountain, I make a rough sketch of the design. Then the other processes of cutting, shaping and finishing are done by the in-house team of trained workforce.
The main aspect that sets my products apart from others is their uniqueness and durability. My products exhibit unique colour combinations, patterns, shapes and more, distinguishing them easily from standard home decor items. I am happy to take custom-made orders as well. SHIPPING POLICY
White Lotus uses either hand to hand delivery or delivery via courier partners. Delivery rates depends on the type of product, its weight and time of delivery. Some of the products are delicate and cannot be shipped using third party courier services e.g Terrariums, custom made zen gardens etc, these items are delivered only in Delhi NCR. For cities other than Delhi NCR we use third party courier services with standard delivery rules as used by partner agencies like Aramex, FedEx, DTDC etc. ​1) Hand delivery within Delhi NCR: Delivery is done only on Saturdays / Sundays. Same day delivery / Weekday deliverables can be arranged at an additional cost. 2) Delivery via Courier Partners: All T&Cs of partner courier company applicable.
REFUND POLICY
In general, an item may be eligible for FREE Replacement within the applicable return window ( 7 days ) if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions: * Was delivered in a physically damaged condition *Has missing parts or accessories *Is different from what was ordered *Item received is defective/does not work properly. ​All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. In case of wear / tear of the prouduct replacement or refund is not applicable. ​REFUND For products where you have paid in advance, full amount will be refunded within 7 days of we getting the product back at our warehouse. The refund amount will credited back to you either by NEFT or direct payment to your PayTm account number. ​Please Note Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned or replace
ADDITIONAL POLICY
BULK ORDERS For Bulk order, delivery charges & turnaround time will be dependent of order size & requirements. Payment policy: 50% advance, 30% on order fulfillment, balance 20% on order delivery
