You must be guessing what WOCA stands for, well woca is gift to my souls wolfy and casper. Woca was Established in 2014 in a small rental house in Delhi, and then shifting from cities to cities like a teenager in pursuit of a career, WOCA Designs finally get its roots in her heritage hometown Varanasi. By exploring the hand prints and fabric arts, WOCA Designs is here to bring gifts by the Varanasi’s women.
Our founder, Sarita Seth lends you a window of handicraft work. Each of the design explains how a product can be fabricated from anything you have with a magic wand of perfect tools.
We want our product to say something and create “aahahh†experience. Each product is a story within itself. We started making products and in each step we realize each.
Woca shares the mission with many ngos to spread their dream wings and to bring better livelihood to all the womens.We live and work among the Indian homemakers to create inspiring and empowering environment
SHIPPING POLICY
The product will be appropriately packed & shipped through a reputed courier, within 7-10days.Usually all shipments are delivered between 7-10 days. The time period maybe more or less depending upon the addressee pin code and also availability for acceptance at the time of delivery.
REFUND POLICY
We request , you not to accept if the shipment appears damaged and/ or tampered with, as we ensure that all shipments are packed securely.In case of any wrong/damage goods found, the buyer should contact within 24-48 hrs from the time of delivery along with the picture of the wrong/defective product.Since, all the Jewellery pieces are handcrafted, no two designs will be identical. In case of exchange, you may choose another piece from our beautiful collection.

Please store your Jewellery in the pouches provided. This helps keep out the moisture that causes the metal to tarnish.Refrain from using perfume/water over the surface of the Jewellery.
