ABOUT SHOP OWNER
Kanchan Sajwan is an alumnus of Gemological Institute of America Mumbai and is working in jewelry industry since 5 years. Though she was always inclined towards arts and crafts but she fell in love with jewelry when her grandmother gifted her a pair of vintage paunchi a kind of braclet worn in region of Gharwal. Women and Jewels is her dream to create elegant,fine but affordable silver and gemstone jewelry pieces for women of every age and taste.
SHIPPING POLICY
Our order will be shipped via courier withing 4 to 6 working days. Most orders are delivered withing 7 to 10 working days.Your order can not be cancelled once it is dispatched and in transit. Please check the parcel at the time of delivery and don't accept it if its damaged or tampered with and do contact us immediately.
REFUND POLICY
All of our gemstones are natural so the colours may look slightly different then the original. Products can be returned only in case of - manufacturing defect, wrong product delivered, damaged product in transit. In case of any above issue please contact us within 48 hours of the time of delivery. We will not be responsible to return if not informed in 48 hours. Please send the product back to us and we will send you the replacement as soon as possible.
ADDITIONAL POLICY
As silver has a nature to oxidised if kept in open for long time so please store your jewellery in zip lock given with the product and wipe the jewellery every now and then with the given jewellery cleaning cloth. Protect the jewellery from sprays and perfumes.
