ABOUT SHOP OWNER
The chief design visionary of the Yellow Brick Route, Kashish Ochani decided to take some time off to spend more time with her family and her young children. It was a time of change and rediscovery for this young captain of industry, and the beginnings of the birth of a vision.
The journey of carefully creating a look for her home grew into a passion which developed into a path; a path that led her to discover her penchant for creating elegant home spaces with her excellent taste in home décor. Soon she was hunting for the best furniture not only for herself but for her friends and family. As the projects increased so did the appreciation of her keen eye- and The Yellow Brick Route was born.
SHIPPING POLICY
We dispatch our products during the 5 day work week from Monday to Friday.
REFUND POLICY
If you received a damaged product our team will assess the damage and get back to you within 2 business days. Depending on the degree of damage, we will either repair the product, or offer you a replacement. Cancellation is not allowed after the dispatch. - Please raise a Return Request within 48 hrs of delivery. A product is only eligible for return under the following conditions: * A wrong product has been dispatched and in the event that a product does not match the item selected during order confirmation. * If you identify a quality or a manufacturing defect on the received product. To raise an issue regarding the product, you will be asked to mail a good quality picture of the received product clearly depicting the issue (in case of damage/defect/incorrect product) along with your order details.
ADDITIONAL POLICY
* Due to natural wood quality which might differ from the picture seen online as each set of wood has natural uniqueness, please do not look at this difference as a defect. * Please check the product for any breakages, cracks, chip-offs, unfinished patches, or borer/insect infestations immediately upon delivery.
