Kamat is a graduate in Psychology, Sociology and literature from Christ University and holds a diploma in Life skills. She has worked in the tribal best of Rajasthan as a Gandhi Fellow for 2 years which became her ground to develop her theories of change and sustainable impact. She has lead large teams as a facilitator, designer and Trainer for government officials in the education sector. Her work with 5 villages to develop community relations with government school has led her to understand the dynamics at the grassroots and its larger impact on the nation. Her keen interest in design thinking for the social sector has been a major factor for this initiative.
