Rashi Jain has trained in ceramics at ‘The Golden Bridge Pottery’, Pondicherry, ‘The Valley School’, Bangalore, The Ruskin School of Fine Art, U.K and with Sandeep Manchekar. Rashi has apprenticed with various artists, experienced residencies and exhibited in solo, group and international shows.
She has filmed and engaged in community based arts and vocational training programs, with traditional potter communities in Mumbai and nationwide. Rashi organizes ‘The Studio Potter’s Market’ in Mumbai annually, at the Kalaghoda Arts Festival. She has been teaching ceramics since the past decade and executing art commissions from her studio in Mumbai.
