Hi I'm Shruthi Shanker. Art is my passion. I see it in everything, even unwanted bottles. It satisfies me to see my art emerging through the curves and contours of discarded liquor bottles.
Coming from a South Indian family and a matriarchal one at that, my art is a reflection of them all. With a full time job and limited time to dedicate to my painting, I manage to spare a few hours in the week to produce what you see on this page. The only reason behind the effort and time is my undying passion for whimsical and folksy bottle art.
The bottles make for great art pieces to decorate your space at home or work and also make great gifts to your loved ones for any occasion, formal or informal.
With that said, I shall now leave my art to speak for itself ! :)
